1″ Schedule 40 PVC Pipe (1): $1:18
1″ Schedule 40 PVC Elbow (6): $0.53 each
1″ Schedule 40 PVC Tee (2): $0.58 each
Hose Clamps (4): $0.94 each
PVC Glue (Low VOC): $2.12
Pipe Insulation 3/8″ for 1″ copper pipe (1): $1.85

Hacksaw for cutting PVC
Screwdriver to tighten hose clamps
Drill

I hope your board was cheap. Look at it this way…$600 for new board, $100 for used bike, $15 for cheap rack, cheap rack cracking and your board sliding down the sidewalk…..priceless….don’t forget to add the repair cost of $75 for your board to the $15 you spent on the rack not to mention your time to build it. Go ahead and feel like a fool. should of bought a decent rack. Don’t be fooled by cheap…ask anyone who bought an American car in the last five years.
